HORSE RIDING.
Are you interested in horses? If so why not start horse riding it not only allows you to have contact with these "gentle giants" but it also allows you to be taught how to care and look after them.
Riding is open to everyone young or old, able bodied or disabled it is a hobby or an interest or a way of life that allows for equal opportunities.

Horse riding does not just involve riding, it allows the individual to progress and expand their riding skills, but it also allows you to expand your learning in stable management and how to groom your horse (Who by now has probably become your best friend!!)It does not matter how advanced you are, within the Equestrian world, it is through learning that you develop the interest.
As a novice and also as a small child most riding schools or centres hold pony days which is a full day of completing everything that is involved in looking after a horse, there is also a fun side to it, were you join in with gymkhanas and pony events.
For the older person as they gain confidence, they may want to develop and learn to specialize in one particular part of riding, but what are these and what do they involve?:
Dressage. Show Jumping. Cross Country. 3 Day Eventing. If you want to contact me my e-mail address is: [email protected]
